Shipping Terms

We ship all of our products, except Brasa Fuel, almost anywhere in the world via Fed Ex, UPS, or the USPS. We currently ARE NOT shipping to Asia. If you live outside of North America, please email us for detailed shipping costs.

Shipment costs and delivery dates are calculated based on the items ordered and where they are being shipped to. You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days of the order date.

At this time, Brasa Fuel cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other international destinations. If you are a Canadian customer and are interested in purchasing fuel, we can ship cases of 12-1 quart bottles via UPS ground only.

All lighters can be shipped internationally, but we must empty the fuel before sending. All lighters are refillable and if you require information regarding this or any other issue, please contact us at info@brasa.co or call 504-596-6960.
